COMING FROM THE NORTH
To get to “Brookfields”, follow the B5212 which is Holcroft Lane, for ½ mile from the mini roundabout at its Culcheth end. (Signpost to Glazebrook Station). You then turn off to the right down a private road to Franks Farm and Brookfields.
The farm road has two large white gateposts and a farm sign alongside the B5212. “The Brookfields Clinic” is the red brick building on the left at the end of the private road just before the farm.
COMING FROM THE SOUTH
To get to “Brookfields”, turn off the A57 Warrington to Manchester road on to the B5212, Glazebrook Lane, this later becomes Holcroft Lane, as you head towards Culcheth. (Signpost to Glazebrook Station). Approximately 3 miles from the traffic lights on the A57, you should turn off to the left down a private road to Franks Farm and Brookfields.

SAT-NAV USERS ENTER WA3 5AW - BUT!
- if coming from the South please ignore any instruction to turn left off Holcroft Lane (into our neighbours private drive!) until you see the “Franks Farm and Brookfields” sign. Similarly, if coming from the North, please turn right immediately you see the sign! DO NOT wait until you come to the neighbour’s entry!
